PROJECT MANAGER: B.E or Diploma (Electrical), with minimum 8 to 10 Years in similar fields, capable of handling projects independently, self motivated, very resourceful, result oriented and team builder, timely completion of the projects, having on hand experience of complete documentation, billing, & collection, approvals etc., co-ordinate with Architects, PMCs, Consultants, Statutory Authorities and others in the project.
SAFETY OFFICER: Graduate/Diploma with minimum 5 to 6 Years experience & necessary qualification in the field of Fire & Safety & EHS. Should have experience in preparing the Safety Manuals and EHS manuals and complete methods and procedures in IT Sector, High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Industries , HV Substations & Residential Complexes, etc.,
QUALITY MANAGER/ENGINEER: Graduate/Diploma with minimum 5 to 10 Years experience & necessary qualification in the field of Inspection, Testing & Commissioning and able to assure Quality. Should have experience in preparing the Quality Manuals and exposure to ISO standards and complete methods and procedures in IT Sector, High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Industries , HV Substations & Residential Complexes, etc.,
SITE ENGINEERS : B.E or Diploma (Electrical), with 3 to 5 Years of field experience in the field of Infrastructure development for IT Sector and other Industries etc., familiarity with computer usage, preparing drawings, documentation, billing, capable of handling independently and a team player (Male)
SITE SUPERVISORS: Diploma (Electrical) / ITI with 2 to 5 years of field experience in the field of Infrastructure development for IT Sector and other Industries etc., and capable handling independently and a team player (Male)
TENDERING: B.E or Diploma (Electrical), with 2 to 5 Years experience, knowledge of estimation for both Internal, External Electrics. Knowledge of EHV substations will be an added advantage, capable of handling independently and a team player (Male/Female)
PURCHASE: B.E or Diploma (Electrical)/B.Com with 5 to 10 years experience, knowledge of Purchase procedures, Inventory Control, Technical & Commercial aspects of purchase, good negotiating skills, billing of projects, material, supply chain and stores management (Male/Female)
LIASIONING ENGINEER: Experience with Liasioning KPTCL, ESCOMs, City Corporation, Traffic, Police and Other Government agencies and departments, having knowledge of Power sanction up to 50 MW power at 66kV and for multi-storey buildings. Capable of understanding & handling all documentation both technical & commercial independently, get things done. Persons already having experience in this field and Retired Persons from KPTCL/ESCOMs can apply.
RECEPTIONIST CUM OFFICE ASSISTANT: Any graduate degree with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the same field, capable of handling the front office and other office related works, HR related activities, computer savvy, with pleasing personality and good command of English (Female)
